Value for money in its price segment
Fridge itself if good. Looks clean and evergreen in terms of design. It is cooling well, i am not sure about getting hot but as of now no signs of it, its been a week. It is bit noisy as compared to LG and whirlpool but that you can tolerate. Storage capacity is quite decent but not good, can not store big bottles more than 2-3 due to small cabin hanging in mid. Veg box is spacious in comparison to other offering in same price segment. Basically it you are getting it in under 14k it is value for money and quality is okayish too.

Very disappointed with the product and amazon delivery, received defective item
Very disappointed with the seller and amazon. I received a defective fridge as the stands were damaged and it is impossible to fit that and use. I had to place cardboards at the bottom instead to balance the fridge and make it stand. The delivery took 13 days to reach me and amazon did not even call me to update.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Haier, and while I am satisfied with the product overall, I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service experience.I raised a service complaint requesting the replacement of a defective tray. However, despite lodging the complaint, there has been no response or service visit scheduled from either Haier or Amazon. The lack of communication and action is highly frustrating.It is very disappointing to experience such poor service from a brand that promotes itself as a global No. 1. As a customer, I expect timely and responsible after-sales support, especially for a newly purchased appliance.If my complaint is not addressed and a service technician does not visit my residence by tomorrow, I will be left with no option but to initiate a return request.I sincerely hope you treat this matter as urgent and arrange for immediate resolution.You may also look at the photos of the tray uploaded.
