Good fridge for a family of 4.
Good at the price point of 25000. Cooling is good it’s silent. One thing is that the below trays should be adjustable. Size is medium type you can expect but will be good for a family of 4. Color is amazing steel finish. Like the beep feature when gate is opened for long. Value for money.

Well LG is known for its quality and defect free long life. It has been one month and cooling performance is amazing. But also it’s winter. No vibration or noise. It’s sturdy and smooth to access. Spacious. Only issue came was from the local installation agency which didn’t respond for 5 days. But just one call to LG customer care resolved this issue within 2 hr.

Great Fridge, but Nightmare Delivery in Ankleshwar/Gujarat Region
The refrigerator itself is of good quality and performs well, but the delivery experience in the Ankleshwar (Gujarat) region was absolutely terrible.I had to struggle for 4 to 5 days after the fridge arrived due to the delivery unit’s poor handling and lack of professionalism. Despite raising multiple complaints with Amazon regarding the delivery unit, I received no reply or support.It is disappointing that a good product is being let down by such a “bad and poor” delivery service. If you are ordering from this region, be prepared for a major headache. I am still waiting for Amazon to take actual action against the local delivery partners responsible for this.

Storage bottle necks
First day with my LG 242L double door fridge and it’s working fine. However, I’ve noticed a few door storage design issues. The door racks could be optimized better – only 3 levels given , whereas I am using a refrigerator of same size which has 4 levels. The bottom door rack of the purchased LG is tall in height but the narrow acrylic base holder makes impossible to keep even 1 litre bottles. A huge waste of space and inconvenience.Secondly, the ice maker tray seems small and its shelf locking and opening mechanism is cumbersome to operateAdditionally, the power cable is shorter than expected, requiring an extender cord to reach the power switch located above the fridge. My existing fridge purchased 12 years ago has a lengthy power cable.As to performance, cooling etc, it needs time to evaluateHope these design flows are addressed in future models by LG.
