LG 272 L 3 Star Frost-Free Smart Inverter Compressor Double Door Refrigerator (GL-S312SPZX, Shiny Steel, Convertible & Multi Air Flow Cooling)

Good features but the unit has a dent on the top door.
Definitely a value for money. Operates almost silently. Looks good. Good space for a family of 4-5. The convertible feature is great. Cools efficiently and fast.The only complain I have is with a small dent on the top door. Not sure if it was deliberately shipped with the dent or missed on inspection from the factory. I’m not able to return as we need to store medicine and we don’t have any working refrigerator at the moment.

Specification wise it is a good product, value for money product (@24K) I would say but received a damaged product. I requested for replacement and after 3 days of delivery product got picked up and now (6 days after pickup) no one knows where that pickup shipment is. I called amazon customer care number several times and their associates told different answers like many told the pickup shipment is deliverd back to seller and most of them said seller did not received the pickup shipment. To confirm the same I visited amazaon delivery center and they told me that pickup shipment has been despatched from the amazon delivery center on the same night of pickup and they denied to tell me that where that shipment currently is.I am frequently talking about pickup shipment because as per amazon replacement policy, seller will examine the damaged product and then seller will dispatch the replacement product (free from any defect product). Now I am sandwitched between this. unless and untill seller receive defective product I won’t be getting replacement (as per amazon customer associates). When I talked about refund they told me to wait for 13 days from pickup date then only refund window will open.I would request other customers too that don’t buy any product from this seller. Consider buying large appliance from nearest brand store, shop or you can buy from croma store afterall you are investing heavy money on such appliance. Below are the photos and video of deffective item that I received.UPDATE:I received refund after 35 days. Don’t buy from this seller as he delayed my refund to over a month of time. If it has happened with me it can happen with you also.

Pros-Working good till now . Good build quality. Delivery is fine. Not a single dent mark.Cons- no light in freezer. In the base only two jack bolt in front side for height adjustment. Rear side only two bumps. You have to give some packing.

Refrigerator-Good But I don’t recommend buying Online
LG 272 L 3 star ref , First I couldn’t take clear photo of the scratches because the material is transparent …..LG 272 is good , delivery was good , they told me to check for any damages and didn’t ask for OTP until I am fully satisfied which was great right ?.. but seeing few scratches here and there , I thought it would go after cleaning and I didn’t want to be rude and return the product for few scratches , which I thought I would do , before their arrival , but at that point , I just said “its ok” and gave them the OTP .The scratches didn’t go after cleaning and I can feel mild dent when I touch but since it is in the door I don’t mind for now but need to check with LG team tomorrow (lol and cry)… They informed me lg installation team will come to home , and yes they called me , they will come tomorrow . I will give 4 STAR for the fridge , I started using it had a talk to the lg team when they called , before turning ON , It cools slowly at start after 3 hours its fine , freezer cools quickly though and really less noise compared to my old refrigerator’s I used , so that’s really good … but will definitely not recommend buying online , just go to a shop or if you can just return it do it , but it will be a tough call if your too shy like me .. This was my mistake .. I will give 3 STAR for amazon because at least I had an option to return , but amazon should take little more effort because these scratches or not new , it looks very old so you would have seen it before sending it to me …Now a days it hurt’s a lot when making bad decisions or get cheated (just cry no lol), that’s why writing review’s.. hope it helps some one …
